Legislation has been introduced that would let veterans who served in Thailand during the Vietnam War-era to quality for federal benefits due to Agent Orange exposure. The legislation was introduced by U.S. Senator John Boozman of Arkansas and Indiana Democrat Sen. Joe Donnelly.
