Presidential Greetings Request Form

The White House will provide written greetings from the president for special occasions including weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, births of children, graduations, retirements, and condolences.

In order to submit a request for a presidential greeting, you must make the request through one of your members of Congress. My office is happy to assist with these requests. Fill out the form below and someone on my staff will follow-up with you in order to submit your request to the White House.
