The Associated Press recently wrote a story highlighting our efforts at connecting with Arkansans through social media. These tools open up new doors allowing us to communicate in a whole new way. We’re using this technology to stay engaged on the issues important to Arkansans as Facebook and Twitter make it easier to keep people informed about the discussions in Washington and how we’re helping throughout the state. Our newest outreach tool is Skype. Earlier this week from our Washington office I did an interview with KARK about our social media activity and the recognition we received.
