Dr. Boozman's Check-up
Here’s a round-up of some of the coverage of my visits around the state during this summer’s in-state work period. I traveled to several different parts of the state and met with many Arkansans to get updates on issues affecting them and share what I’m working on in DC.
Arkansas Republican Senator John Boozman made a stop in Miller County advocating for better health care for veterans.

Sen. John Boozman was in town Wednesday for a tour of the UAMS GAP facility.
Edge said such facilities are a way for UAMS to offer affordable healthcare in communities. She thanked Boozman for the work he’s done with veterans health care, broadband and telemedicine as this, she said, shows he’s involved in the healthcare issue.

U.S. Sen. John Boozman, R-Arkansas, spoke glowingly on Wednesday about the people and the innovation used to provide nutritional meals to the students of the Hope Public Schools and Hempstead County during the COVID-19 crisis.
"You are unsung heroes," Boozman said. "There are so many during the pandemic, certainly the health care workers and others on the front line; but the people that feed our children are as well."

U.S. Sen. John Boozman visited the 188th Wing on Wednesday to discuss the facility’s preparations for a multi-national pilot training program.
Boozman believes Fort Smith being selected to host a Singaporean F-16 squadron will help bring more companies to the state. “The fact that Singapore chose us really does bode well for the future," Boozman said.
Senator John Boozman visited the Children’s Safety Center to see where he could offer some assistance. The Center says his visit is a huge help.
