Arkansas U.S. Senator John Boozman is touring throughout the state this week to meet with veterans, visit veteran-owned businesses and tour facilities where Arkansas veterans receive medical care.

On Tuesday, he made two stops in Lawrence County. He had lunch at the Polar Freeze and then went to the Wings of Honor Museum to celebrate with students from Hillcrest High School in Strawberry, who participated in the Library of Congress Veterans History Project last school year. Under the direction of their teacher, Randy Story, they completed interviews with local veterans and created a documentary of their experience.
