“Helping constituents navigate the federal bureaucracy remains at the top of my list of priorities. We want to make sure we make it more convenient for Arkansans to use our services to help cut through the red tape. I have a great staff that works to help navigate the often-confusing federal agencies. These staffers act as liaisons; working to resolve issues affecting Arkansans such as Social Security or Medicare paperwork glitches, passport problems or tax matters,” Boozman said. “My staff is looking forward to visiting with Arkansans and answering their questions and helping resolve issues they may be having with federal agencies.”
