Sen. Boozman is presented the AEM Champion of Industry award by Jay Allen and AEM leaders.

WASHINGTON—U.S. Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry Chairman John Boozman (R-AR) received the Association of Equipment Manufacturers’ Champions of the Industry Award for his leadership supporting pro-growth policies that benefit the agriculture and construction industries, advancing rural infrastructure priorities and demonstrated dedication to American manufacturing. Boozman was presented the award by Jay Allen, CEO and President of Allen Engineering Corporation in Paragould, Arkansas.

“I am proud to be recognized by the Association of Equipment Manufacturers for championing the businesses and workforce in Arkansas as well as nationally that create innovative tools to power American agriculture, construction and infrastructure,” said Boozman. “Passing pro-growth tax policies that help manufacturers operate efficiently and expand, in addition to supporting deployment of advanced technologies benefits our communities and economy. We look forward to advancing more shared priorities that support good jobs and long-term success.”

“The Association of Equipment Manufacturers is proud to recognize Senator Boozman who earned this distinction for working in a bipartisan manner to advance policies that drive growth, innovation, and opportunity for our industry,” said AEM Senior Vice President of Government and Industry Relations Kip Eideberg. “These lawmakers have demonstrated an unwavering ability to work with colleagues across the aisle and have positively contributed to a public policy environment that is predictable, certain, and conducive to economic growth and job creation. We are grateful to each of them for their steadfast leadership on behalf of our industry.”
